SeatYourself is an online platform that allows event organisers to upload guest names and table numbers to generate a searchable seating chart for event attendees.

You are not required to create an account to use SeatYourself. However, to access premium features (including uploading more than 50 guests), you must subscribe to a paid plan. Payment terms and pricing are clearly displayed on our website.

• Free Plan: Allows up to 50 guests per event.
• Paid Plan: Required for events exceeding 50 guests. Details available on the pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue plans and pricing at any time with appropriate notice.

Users agree to:

• Use SeatYourself only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload any offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
• Ensure they have the right to share any data they upload (e.g., guest names).

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you upload to the platform.

All platform content, features, branding, and design are the property of SeatYourself unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part of the platform without permission.

We do not collect or store sensitive personal information. The platform operates using basic event-related data such as guest names and table numbers.

To the extent permitted by law, SeatYourself will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if we believe there has been a breach of these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
